    Pros +

    • The view. The outdoor bath. The rooftop onsen. The clean toilet and room
    • Oishii and variety
    • The view from our room was outstanding and the open air bath was really nice too.

    Cons -

    • I wish the it has a massage room for customers
    • Scrambled eggs were too soft and runny.
    • We were on the 4th floor and traffic noise was pretty bad while you’re trying to enjoy a nice soak in your open air bath. For some reason we didn’t get any hot water from the sink until 2 hours before departing. I’m sure if I’d of mentioned it to staff that they would have fixed the issue though.Although the breakfast item choice was good, the staff could have been less micro managing the service. It felt they were watching your every move while you load your plate. But over all it was a good stay.

Big and clean room, helpful and polite staff, private onsen. Convenient store and restaurant nearby.

The Onsen was beautiful and the balcony n outside bath were lovely. Breakfast was a good choice

Impressive breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were kind enough to call us a taxi at the end of our stay.

This is an awful choice if the weather is bad. Google maps shows this hotel just 15 mins walk from the station but it’s 15 minutes down several hills and steps which is really unpleasant with luggage, especially in the pouring rain. The hotel does not have any sort of shuttle service meaning that you’re relying on taxis or buses to go back to the station for your onward train. The location was doubly annoying as the station area has lively shopping streets, restaurants, karaoke and convenience stores while this area doesn’t. The outside onsen was not the romantic experience we were expecting. It’s a big black stone tub crammed in a dark depressing corner of the balcony, with a messy flapping mesh privacy screen, that makes it feel like you are in a cooking pot in a building site. Somehow I expected it to be flowing and full, like a normal onsen, but it was empty and we turned the taps on to fill it ourselves. The onsen is completely screened in but our shower room was partially visible to neighbouring buildings. Room was annoying with the only plug sockets available being IN the bed, between the 2 of us. So we had green lights and wires in our faces the whole night. After the long walk in the rain we were waiting in line to check in and a guest just walked up and was checked in before us which was annoying. Everything about this hotel after that annoyed us and we could not wait to leave.

I like the pool and inside room bath.

they don't have a shuttle bus

It is extremely comfortable with wonderful outside baths on the balcony, a wonderful onsen and spectacular rooftop pool with views on the beach. It was spotlessly clean with pjs and robes provided. A little bit of affordable luxury. A huge breakfast spread included as well.

Buffet breakfast, staff friendliness, room, bath on balcony

This should not be called a resort. Its just a decent hotel. Went up to the beautiful pool, it was filthy and full of algae. Only realized when I jumped in with my kid. Pool is very deep and unsafe for kids. I booked this hotel for the rooftop pool which has lovely views. I went down to the staff to let them know about the filthy green water pool. They said sorry the pool is closed till next week. At no point was this communicated to me during checkin process or at the pool through signs. Even the doors to the pool were open. Very disappointed as I paid a lot of money for this hotel. Also they charge an extra fee at check-in for the room baths. Without these pool services this hotel is not value for money.

The meals were good and the staff friendly and helpful.

That there was no carpark space available and the recommended coin parking area was more expensive than what we expected. We were told by the staff to park at a specific coin parking which would charge us ¥1700 for 16 hours but although we stayed way below 16 hours we had to pay over ¥2000 for parking. Proper information regarding car park would have been appreciated.

Only the onsen tub, but it was still very small.

Highly insufficient room cleanliness, holes in the walls, broken towel hanger stand, very small shower space, unpleasant deodorant at hotel entrance, insects in the balcony, very small onsen tub, the water in the tub cannot kept warm so each time you need to refill the tub to get the warm water.

Good location, close to bus route, nice onsen bath, pool has a beautiful view. Staff were able to store our luggage for us. No complaints

It could use some detailing to elevate it. For example, the privacy curtain at our private onsen was torn and raggedy. But no complaints that brought down the stay as a whole.

Fantastic facilities and staff good location

The leaking hot tub The extortionate price for what we paid for could have been a 5 star hotel instead ended up with a 3 star mess

We loved the private onsen bath on the balcony. The room was also very spacious. Staff was very nice.

onsen with view of the sea is nice. the food is also good in terms of options also Vegitarians can create a healthy meal with what is available. (Buffet style)

Based on the description on the website of Booking.com by the hotel, I was under the impression I had a sea-facing room. It was also more expensive than other rooms. Upon check-in, the hotel was added it was not sea-facing / seafront and also not what I booked. It took nearly an hour to have it fixed and only because I was adament and could prove what I had booked vs what they were trying to give me. it escalated to the GM. overall Ii was not happy at all with the mistake and the hotel saying it was not their problem initially. Not only that I tried to get input from the hotel on the meals available (if it was buffet or other) due to food restrictions and even with attempted reach-out from the booking.com support team, I never got and answer. A friend of mine also had asked if he could get a smoke-free room. He got confirmation of this request from the hotel. During the check-in the hotel staff indicated they would never send such a message and that it was not the hotel that responded. overall very fishy and strange and bad customer service experience.be aware, tattoos are not allowed in the pool and the Onsen (public bath)

Breakfast is not bad, the view is fantastic. Seaview or cherry blossom view

if there are a shuttle service to the train station, it will be good.

breakfast food is nice, scenery for breakfast is good, shower facilities provided. close access to atami beach for stroll walk.

atami is very far from NRT airport. bugs and insects flew into the shower room during night time after taking onsen provided in the room. the charging plugs is placed directly in between 2 twin beds configuration. not an ideal location for the wall sockets.all guests compulsory need to pay 150 yen per person per night irregardless got use of the hotel onsen or the onsen provided inside the room :( not included in the hotel booking prices on booking.comaircon not working at all despite setting to the lowest temperature

    9TobiasPosted on: 9-10-2023

The onsen (small bathtub) on the terrace was great to use for 2 people. The hotel was a small walking distance to the local beach. Room was nice and spacious. Would recommend.

Tried to write in Japanese but it wasn’t possible , maybe cause of this application but almost all the hotel service were good, the staffs were kind and cared about us.

Just checked about the roof’s pool and maybe it’s better to put some observation about sandals, bikinis, etc, at the home page. Sincerely I didn’t know we need to arrange some .And particularly, the large public bath wasn’t so clean on the floor, maybe a little slimy…it makes the place a little dangerous for children cause they just are used to run around….

Staff were so rude!!! Didn't apply our accommodation, and didn't even show an effort to make us happy, or to offer any alternatives!! We left the hotel so disappointed and unhappy.
